Mohamed Okash is the Director of the Institute of Climate and Environment (ICE) at SIMAD University and a recognized expert in climate action, sustainability, and environmental governance. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Climate and Nature Governance. As Project Coordinator, he leads strategic direction, consortium coordination, EU compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with extensive experience managing multi-country, multi-stakeholder development projects in fragile contexts.
